Abstract submission

Abstract submission for posters is now OPEN until April 16th, 2021


An online poster gallery will be displayed during the event. A jury will vote for the best poster (and the best oral communication) and the laureates will be awarded a prize at the end of the event.

Important: All posters who have confirmed their participation for this year are confirmed. We are re-opening a NEW POSTER CALL because we have some extra places left due to some cancellations:

Submitting an abstract does not guarantee registration.

Abstracts will be published in the abstract booklet distributed to all conference attendees. Abstracts content and editing are the responsability of the submitting author. They will be published as received.

Please review your abstract by the registration deadline to ensure accuracy (authors, funding…) before the abstract booklet goes into print.


Requirements :

  • Title (max. 25 words)
  • Name authors and affiliations (first author is the presenting author)
  • Text max. 400 words in English
  • May include a table or figure but it should not exceed one page
  • Use the arial font for your abstract


Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the meeting.
