Abstract submission - Before February 3rd, 2020

Abstracts must be SENT TO : Céline KERANDEL : celine.kerandel@chu-nantes.fr

Please specify object : NAT-IGO MEETING / ABSTRACT  and, in your email, THE SESSION in which you wish to speak.

Submitting an abstract does not guarantee registration.

Abstracts will be published in the abstract booklet distributed to all conference attendees. Abstracts content and editing are the responsability of the submitting author. They will be published as received.

Please review your abstract by the registration deadline to ensure accuracy (authors, funding…) before the abstract booklet goes into print.

The abstract deadlines are as follows :
–    February 3rd, 2020 for submission deadline
–    February 24th, 2020 for notification

Following requirements :

- Title (max. 25 words)

- Name authors and affiliations (first author is the presenting author)

- Text of the communication (max. 400 words) and should be in English

- May include a table or figure but it should not exceed one page

- Use the arial font for your abstract

Oral présentations :

A limited number of abstract submissions will be selected and invited to present their findings in the form of a short oral presentation within the main meeting program.

Posters :

Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the meeting.

The size of your poster should not exceed 120cm in height and 85cm in width.
Adhesive tape and/or clamps will be available to fix posters on frames.
