Submitting an abstract does not guarantee registration.

Abstracts will be published in the abstract booklet distributed to all conference attendees. Abstracts content and editing are the responsability of the submitting author. They will be published as received.

Please review your abstract by the registration deadline to ensure accuracy (authors, funding…) before the abstract booklet goes into print.


Requirements :

- Title (max. 25 words)

- Name authors and affiliations (first author is the presenting author)

- Text max. 400 words in English

- May include a table or figure but it should not exceed one page

- Use the arial font for your abstract


Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the meeting.

The size of your poster should not exceed 120cm in height and 85cm in width.
Adhesive tape and/or clamps will be available to fix posters on frames.
